What you take on
It runs only while your machine does. Turn the machine off and anything serving from it is offline until it comes back — dev-box files and database data are on its disk and are never lost. A database there is reachable only from that same machine, and cannot run as an HA cluster. Bandwidth we carry is metered as it is everywhere else.
