1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HostStack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HostStack provides a cloud hosting platform for deploying web services, databases, and cron jobs on European infrastructure. The Service includes automated deployments from GitHub, managed databases, custom domain support, and SSL certificates.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: cryptocurrency mining, distributing malware, sending spam, or hosting content that violates applicable laws.
5. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored on European infrastructure in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period unless otherwise required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
